Amazon is currently offering a big discount off the price of Sony’s well-received MDR-1000X noise-canceling Bluetooth headphones, which came out last October and usually cost £360.
If you’re in desperate need of some great noise-cancelling headphones you are very much in luck.
Not only is Amazon hacking off more than £65 from their usual price.
The MDR-1000X boast the same drivers as Sony’s reviewer’s favourite, the MDR-1A, which was designed for listening to Hi-Res Audio.
Furthermore, these commuter cans also offer up to 20 hours’ of battery life, touch controls. That’s as well as its exceptional adaptive noise-cancelling. Many say that it rivals the likes of Bose’s QuietComfort 3 and Sennheiser’s PXC 550 which are generally the default purchases.
In addition, Sony’s headset supports the full range of wireless codecs, including AAC, aptX, SBC, and the company’s proprietary LDAC. That latter transmits up to three times more data than conventional Bluetooth for superior sound on supporting devices.
